  5. Ya cocido el calabacín lo ahuecamos con cuidado pero dejando un poco de pulpa. Lo que sacamos lo añadimos a la carne y mezclamos.
  6. Rellenamos presionando para que entre todo el relleno. Un poco me sobró. Cubrimos con mozzarella por encima y llevamos al horno a gratinar, hasta que quede dorado el queso.
  7. Cortamos y a disfrutar con el acompañamiento que nos guste!
