Programamos la freidora 5 minutos a 180°. Pasado ese tiempo, las removemos y les damos 5 minutos más a la misma temperatura. Finalmente, las tenemos 1 minuto a 200°. Las sacamos y reservamos.
  4. Echamos 2 cucharadas de aove en una cazuela (si la usamos con fondo difusor gastaremos menos luz porque cocinan a fuego bajo). Picamos el puerro, el pimiento y la zanahoria y los sofreímos. Les ponemos sal, orégano y comino.
  5. Cuando estén blanditas añadimos el tomate triturado y desmenuzamos la cayena.
  6. Dejamos que el tomate se haga un poco y echamosos garbanzos y las albóndigas. Tapamos.la cazuela y lo dejamos a fuego suave (4 de 9) unos 15 minutos.
  7. Apagamos el fuego y dejamos que repose 5 minutos con el calor residual.
