- Mientras eso se está haciendo, enharino un poquito las albóndigas y se fríen a fuego medio. Conforme las voy sacando las voy echando a la ollita. Entonces se echa un diente de ajo crudito o frito. Un chorrito de vino blanco. Una hoja de laurel. Pruebas, echas sal y pimienta...
