Reservamos.

En la misma sartén añadimos un poco más de aceite y las 2 hojas de laurel y freímos las albóndigas le añadimos un chorreón de vino blanco para que queden más tiernas, cuando se haya evaporado un poco añadimos el sofrito que teníamos reservado removemos bien añadimos un poquito de tomate frito volvemos a remover, y añadimos un poco de agua caliente la media pastilla de caldo de pollo y la lata de champiñones previamente escurrida.
  3. Dejamos que se vayan incorporando todos los ingredientes a fuego medio bajo durante 15 min removemos de vez en cuando, probamos si necesita un poco más de sal se lo añadimos si no ya lo podemos apartar.
  4. Yo lo he acompañado con arroz blanco cocido con 1 pastillas de caldo de pollo y un poco de perejil una vez emplatado, está riquísimo 🤤🤤!!!
