Agrega el vino y cocina por 10 a 12 min aprox. Reparte las albóndigas encima de la salsa y cúbrelas con queso mozzarella, esparce un poco más de cebollino troceado. Tapa la olla y espera 7min. a que el queso se funda. Sirve las albóndigas acompañadas de salsa.
