  1. Desmigamos el Pan de Molde en un tazón y añadimos la Leche, aplastamos un poco y reservamos.
  2. Ponemos la Carne en un Bol grande, añadimos abundante Sal, sin pasarnos, el perejil, el Huevo medio batido, tres Dientes de Ajo picado lo más fino posible y el Pan de Molde escurriendo previamente el sobrante de Leche. Un buen pellizco del mix de Pimientas y mezclamos todo bien y reservamos.
  3. Cortamos las Zanahorias en 4 mitades y luego en cuadraditos. Los Pimientos Rojos y las Cebollas ni finas ni gruesas. El Ajo restante lo laminamos.
  4. Calentamos el Aceite de Oliva, un buen chorro, cuando esté freímos un poco el Ajo, añadimos las Cebollas y un poco de Sal. Un par de minutos después añadimos las Zanahorias, sofreímos a fuego fuerte 4-5 minutos revolviendo bien y añadimos el Pimiento Rojo.
  5. Después de otros 4 minutos añadimos el Vino tinto y cocinamos hasta que prácticamente se evapore.
  6. Preparamos un Vaso con agua Caliente y disolvemos el concentrado de Carne (Buey) 1/2 Cucharadita. Lo añadimos a la sartén, más dos Vasos más de Agua como mínimo. Sal y mezcla de Pimientas al gusto. Hervimos durante 4 minutos y listo, yo lo paso por la batidora, en vez del pasapurés.
  7. Hacemos las bolas de las Albóndigas, las enharinamos y las freímos en Aceite de Girasol.
  8. Las vamos poniendo en una Cazuela y luego añadimos la Salsa, calentamos un par de minutos y listo para disfrutarlas.
