- 500 g. carne picada
- 2 huevos
- 1/2 vaso de leche

- Cogemos un bol y añadimos la miga de una pieza de pan, los 500 gramos de carne picada, la leche, pimienta, sal, y los dos huevos.. un par de dientes de ajo y perejil (las cantidades de las especias son al gusto)
- Mezclamos todo y amasamos, hasta que quede una masa bien consistente..
- Hacemos las bolas de albóndigas, enharinamos con la harina de freír y las freímos todas en una sartén con aceite de girasol u oliva, (al gusto).
- Una vez todas fritas, las reservamos para más tarde.
- Para elaborar la salsa, cogemos un recipiente y añadimos tres cucharadas soperas de aceite de oliva en el que vamos a pochar la cebolla cortada muy pequeñita, y cuando esté pochada, añadimos el tomate frito, pimienta molida, un pelín de sal (al gusto). Dejamos que coja sabor un par de minutos.
- A continuación añadimos las zanahorias cortadas pequeñitas y el vino blanco. Dejamos que reduzca el alcohol unos minutos.
- Añadimos las albóndigas, y el caldo (yo lo añadí de pollo), lo dejamos unos minutos hasta que la zanahoria este tierna, y cinco minutos antes de apagar el fuego añadimos los guisantes.
