  6. Cuando esté tierna añadimos la harina, pimienta, y el vino, dejamos reducir un poco, añadimos la mostaza dejamos dos minutos
  7. Pasamos la salsa por el pasapuré encima de las albóndigas ponemos el azafrán y el laurel dejamos que se hagan 10 minutos.
