    (En mi casa se ponía harina en una taza, allí se ponía una cucharada de la mezcla de carne y se revolvía la taza, así se formaba la bola, que luego se ponía directo en la salsa, evitando este paso)
  4. Para hacer la salsa rehogamos en una cacerola grande la cebolla en el aceite caliente, le vamos incorporando las zanahorias picadas en rodajas, los morrones en cubitos, el perejil picado y los condimentos.
  5. Una vez bien sofritos, agregarle el vino y dejamos que evapore un poco, luego incorporamos la salsa de tomate y un poco de agua.
  6. Agregamos a la salsa las albóndigas que teníamos reservadas, y dejamos que se cocinen allí adquiriendo todos los sabores.
  7. Para acompañar hacemos unos spaghetti y servimos enseguida.
