- Colocar en una sartén caliente un poquito de aceite y poner las albóndigas, ir girando hasta cocinarlas de todos sus lados. Cuando estén doradas agregar la salsa de tomate con el orégano, la hoja de laurel y un chorrito de agua para que no quede muy espesa. Dejar hervir y condimentar al gusto.
- Por último apagar el fuego, agregar la pasta y mover para que se integre con la salsa. Servir caliente y agregar queso rallado o alguno para que derrita, ideal acompañarla con pan con ajo o lo que más les guste. Que disfruten!
