  3. Después formar las bolas y enharinar para pasar por aceite el tiempo justo para sellarlas y así no secarlas por dentro. Apartar.
  4. En una cazuela sofreír el resto de la cebolla, los dos pimientos y el ajo hasta pochar después incorporar el tomate troceado de lata y dejarlo cocer, rectificar de sal y agregar azúcar si el tomate lo requiere
  5. Agregar las albóndigas y después de cinco minutos el tomate frito. Dejar cocer otros cinco minutos más y apartar.
  6. Es importante servir enseguida para que las albóndigas no se sigan cocinando y se sequen por dentro!!
