  6. Sacar las papas y agregarle el queso en hebras por todas las láminas. cocinar hasta fundir el mismo.
  7. Sacar las albóndigas y servir con un poco de la salsa portuguesa por encima, cuando las papas estén bien gratinadas, sacar y servir.
